“I ordered few items from the company for the work event a week in advance of the event. Their website stated that it is next day delivery if order placed before 3pm. Friday come, I still didn't have my order. I send an email, but never got a response. I contacted them first thing Monday morning just to find out that the order was damaged en route and they would send new one out only Monday afternoon. The package didn't arrive on time for the event. I had to go and search items myself in town and it was a big hassle. They were nto in hurry to send a new package as they took action only after my call on Monday. Very poor service.”

“Ordered 500 cups before 3pm for next day delivery and I was very rudely advised over email the next day that I wouldn’t have them until the following day. Absolute waste of my time.”

“I sent a note immediately after ordering to have my order amended..l. This was actioned and I received a reply two days later to say I was too late and the order was processed...extremely poor customer service!!”

“I was really looking forward to my discount coffee order but due to the courier’s (dpd) carelessness I did not receive my order as the package was left in an unsafe place after I specifically asked them not to deliver on a certain date which they confirmed with me but proceeded to deliver it while I was not at home. I do hope the company will do their best to change my mind and order again in the future but while they use DPD’s services I will not be reordering.”

“You seem ok with dpd leaving my parcel outside to be stolen. I’m a private person. That’s not only my parcel at jeopardy when they do that, it’s my delivery data. So until that’s corrected I can’t say more.”

“I emailed following the delivery of my package. One item came damaged and I emailed to inform you and I am yet to get a response. The product was destroyed during shipping and leaked all around her the package All I am looking for is a replacement but I have gotten no reply”
