“Hello to all, I have only ordered once from discount coffee.ie I live in Galway within two days the coffee was delivered top job 100%. I have ordered ESE pods sample pack of 54 pods, but unfortunately one of the six sample flavours was missing 100% Arabica, I still got my 54 pods made up from 5 other blends an acknowledgement would of been suffice. Still all that said I am rushing back for another order soon the coffee is well discounted!!! Tip pods are not as strong as loose ground coffee”

“The selection of coffee is very good. The web site is very good. The price is fine. My problem was caused by the delivery company. After a week of waiting for the delivery I rang Discount Coffee to discover that the courier had dropped my coffee in a local shop without even contacting me. I live and work locally and could have been contacted by phone. He told the shop I had told him to leave it there for me which I had not.”

“In general, good service and good price. I buy the green beans and have been very pleased in the past. I tried the Sumatra bean this time and can say that the bean has no aroma when roasting and the taste is very average.”

“Hello, The delivery on my order was very fast and I was very impressed despite the €5 price being a little steep for an Irish delivery. The product prices are reasonable which is good. I would say though, that you need to have more info on your product descriptions as I had use other sites to get the nutritional data on the products. I had to mail recently regarding a query on the milkshake mix you sell. It would be useful to have this data readily available for each item, especially as people are wary of the type of sweeteners that are used in sugar free products these days. Many thanks, Brian”

“Difficult to find good coffee beans at a reasonable price in Ireland. I regularly bring back bags of coffee from Europe when I travel. But these guys are good efficient and the coffee is high quality. Just bought 2kg for €35 (inc shipping). Haven't tasted yet but based on last order should not have a problem.”

“happy with coffee and speed of delivery but a problem as the billing address was on the front of the order box not the delivery address ( which was different ). This meant that the company that received the item had to open the order to see who the item was for. But in general happy and will order again.”
