“Quality of coffee is great. Stock if certain brands is not great and not clear in website when it’s out of stock. Also sent a message through page and never got a reply”

“Lovely selection of flavours, decent shipping time. The only frustration was items saying they were in stock and then when you go to add them to cart they're unavailable, which happened quite a lot.”

“Great service and good coffee but only 1 option for ground coffee which was disappointing”

“I do like the coffee but 2 of the 3 kg packs were burst open when they arrived. I would order again if I could be sure this would not happen again.”

“Thanks for your great service, I'm very happy with it and the delivery is very quick & the prices are good too! I've tired the Lavazza Organic coffee but I'm not too fond of it, is it possible to get other organic coffees? I like the Lavazza Crema e Aroma. Thanks very much for you very good service. Le meas, Liam.”

“Small issue with the webpage that wouldn't allow me to purchase 1Kg of .my chosen coffee. Kept saying " Quantity Selected Not available" Webchat agent sorted out the issue. Other than that all good. Good value and next day delivery.”

“The range, price and service is very good but your website is dreadful. It was a real leap of faith to order from it. Faq sections are boilerplate from whatever platform you are using, even the email you sent me to fill in this survey started "Dear DiscountCoffee"”
