“Great coffee beans at a fair price with prompt delivery. Loses one star for frustrations with clunky website that recently I've been stuck for ages trying to pay if not using PayPal. Password reset did not work.”

“Great products and delivery time, but the website needs to be updated. Clicking on products seems to make them disappear from the screen, and can take several attempts to get something into the cart. Apart from that, all good.”

“Overall I have yet to find fault with discount coffee. My wife and I have been buying products from them for a good while and have enjoyed everything we've bought. They stock high-quality products for a reasonable price. A friendly reminder: We've found that if you order it on Monday it will be sent out on Tuesday and arrive Wednesday. To be honest this isn't a deal-breaker at all and should only be viewed as information for information's sake.”
