“The customer service with Discount Coffee is excellent! On my most recent order the bag of beans arrived burst open in the box. I contacted customer service and they immediatly dispatched a new bag with out hesitation. I felt heard and valued as a customer which is a rare thing these days. I will definitly keep using Discount Coffee going forward! Oh and BTW the coffee was excellent :)”

“One of the syrup bottles could not be opened, as the bottle cap kept spinning as it was defective. The other syrup bottle contained an ingredient that is a known irritant, and the ingredients were not listed on the website - why I don't understand, as consumers want to know what is in the products they are buying. After two emails, I finally heard back from customer service. Didn't appreciate their unbothered tone. Said I could return for a refund but I would have to pay shipping costs. Both bottles are glass and very heavy, so this would have cost me alot to return. One item was defective so this was not my fault and I shouldn't have to spend more money to reurn it. Customer service wouldn't offer a return shipping label or a courier collection, just an outright 'no we're not going to do that.' This is a company who obviously don't value customer service and satisfaction - very disappointing and won't be ordering again from here.”

“I stumbled upon this coffee website a few weeks ago, and I’m honestly so glad I did. As someone who takes their morning brew very seriously, I’m always on the hunt for high-quality products and this site delivers on all fronts. They have something for every kind of coffee drinker. I ordered their sugar free coffee syrups and was blown away by them. You can tell they care about there products. The website itself is super easy to navigate, and checkout was a breeze. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived well-packed and fresh. I’ve already recommended it to a few friends. This site is definitely worth checking out. Can’t wait to order more products soon.”

“Good prices, good coffee. I'm starting with a friend here in Ireland and ran out of beans if brought from England. I was shocked at the price of coffee here then I found this wonderful company. Prices are as those at home. I started with a kilo of decaf. Very good! So I've now bought 5 x 250gm packs, all different. I've only tried two so far. The Colombian Supreme I like very much. Temple Bar, however, isn't fit me but I'm glad to have tried it. When I eventually go back home I'm have to take a stock of this coffee with me.”
