“Delivery was prompt but box was left on gatepost, luckily it didn't rain on it. I appreciate the gate has a chain so it was difficult to enter (due to spate of local burglary recently) but I would appreciate a phone call to let me know delivery had arrived. Many thanks”

“The coffee is nice but I am really not impressed with the delivery the courier left the coffee in its box on my gate post on the garden wall many people walk around here and anyone could have taken it. If you are going to charge us E4.50 postage for a courier get a courier that at least has the decency and aptitude to walk up the drive and at least leave it on the door step out of the rain. Not a good first experience thank you! Andy P”

“Coffee arrived quickly. Could not see if the coffee was fair trade, an important consideration for us. So sourcing is an issue. Did not like email from DPD publicising product in the delivery email. What is in a parcel is PRIVATE. Who is responsible for this? It might have been a gift or something personal.”
