“Excellent order to delivery time. Great quality product. The only let down was the excessive packaging. I received a large box which contained a box half it's size, which then contained cardboard package protection, which then contained my bottle wrapped in no less than 6 layers of bubble wrap. All for 1 plastic bottle of syrup. Just seemed like a lot of waste.”

“The only thing that puts me off is the delivery cost of 5 euros. I guess if you buy more at once would even out. Unless the price goes up because the weight. I haven't tried it yet. The quality of the coffee is good and I would be happy to use it on regular basis.”

“Very prompt delivery but one of the hessian coffee sacks was ripped through the designed area which was the desirable part needed for use. I also requested two different designs ie from two different countries of origin and both were the same. I would try using the company again if I could be assured that I would receive different sacks”

“Was happy to find a new bean source for my coffee at a decent price. Unfortunately, the number of bags I could order was limited. My previous source had enough stock to supply 6kg in one go. I was only able to do 3kg.”
