“When ordered, the supplements were not listed as back-ordered. I never received an email to that effect either but discovered the back-order status weeks later when the product had not arrived. There was no way to contact the reseller from the links I had or their site, so I had to tell them to cancel the order from a chat-bot submission form. Surprise, the order was not canceled. My order was placed on the 2nd and shipped on the 18th.
I like the idea of supporting small businesses over resellers like Amazon, especially ones from PublicSq, but there is a reason why Amazon is so popular - they communicate with their customer and make issues right. They don't totally ignore them once the order is placed and they have your money.”
“USPS created a shipping label at 9:31 on September 29th, but as of the 11th of October has not yet recieved the package that they are supposed to deliver to me. Could you tell me when they will get my package so it can be delivered? It's been almost 2 weeks now since they created the shipping label.”
“I’ve been enjoying the mushroom coffee, and appreciated being able to order at a discount. (Would be interesting to see the original price, to compare) And I liked ordering through PublicSq. I would shop here again, and would recommend. That being said- the product box was pretty much squashed (I taped it together though), and I see that it’s best by 9/23.

“I was trying to order Biotics Research Mg-Zyme. I mis-read what was on the bottle in the picture, it was Mn-Zyme. I proceeded to order 4 bottles since the shipping was the same price. After I completed my order and received the confirmation email minutes later, I saw my error. I immediately replied to the confirmation email requesting the order to be cancelled and I used there contact form on the web page with my order number requesting my order be canceled. My request was not seen or honored before they filled my order. To top it off they didn’t even have the original 4 bottles I ordered, nor did they attempt to ask if I still wanted the order. So they sent 1 bottle of Mn-Zyme with a shipping cost of $6.90. I made several attempts, different people responded, they did not pay attention to detail and I informed them I would never buy products from their company.”
