I ordered a spirit jersey and an Alex and Ani bracelet, and instead got someone else’s pins. A big box, meant clearly for my items, but not what I ordered at all. I ordered before the deadline to have them before 12/24 and everything, but now my items are unavailable?? As a former cast member of the company, I’m extremely disappointed that I lost my store location and job over these incompetent and insufficient people running the web store.

Used a discount code apparently it was a Disney error and they cancelled my order saying the items were out of stock very unfair a week before Christmas

I ordered something from Disney Online, waited two weeks and got an email that my order was being returned. I never requested for this action to happen. I was disappointed. I at least got a refund. Nonetheless, I do not recommend purchasing from here.

Terrible customer service. Called three separate occasions for the same issue. Was assured it was fixed the first 2 times. Lies. On th3 3rd call spoke to a supervisor who was less than useless only to find out that they couldn't fix the issue. Waste of time. Was a customer for many years now will never order from them again

First off I’m a die hard Disney fan! BUT shopDisney isterrible!!!!! The shipping is so slow there is no reason it takes over a week to put a gift card in the damn mail!!! I will stick to buying at the parks or store.

Bought a book, an expensive one. Came with the spine torn. Called and said will mail out another one and i can print a return label. Neglected to tell me I had to wait for them to receive book back before they mail replacement. UM NO! So the book can be out of stock when you get it back? I don't think so. Lousy customer service.

I recently purchased a very cute guardians of the galaxy volume two Groot T-shirt. It came in the mail pretty quick, I even customized it. I originally bought this T-shirt from shop Disney but it was powered through zazzle.com I was super excited because I knew it was delivered I open the package and the package alone was damaged there was no plastic covering over the T-shirt, No protective layer to protect the T-shirt no nothing, it was literally bare inside of the packaging. The image and the logo on the T-shirt looked extremely rushed and was already all messed up like someone had already washed it previous times. I will never order from this zazzle.com website again take it from me if you’re going to order from shop Disney make sure it’s directly through them that power through anybody else. I did get my money back the same day so that’s a positive thing but I am very disappointed because it was supposed to be for my son’s birthday he is a huge marvel fan and even bigger Groot fan!

Just made my probable last purchase from the shop Disney site. Two out of my last three orders, the wheels just spin and it never fully processes my order. Then it charges my card multiple times, and the phantom “holds” don’t disappear for over a week. I currently have three charges on my card for the same order, an order that doesn’t even appear in my order history 24 hours after placing it. This same thing happened a few months ago as well. It’s a nightmare, especially for a site with the Disney name on it. (I love Disney but really wish the shopdisney site was magical too).

If you want to return something you have to pay for your shipping. They closes all stores and now you can’t return at no cost.

I placed an order for a pair of Minnie Mouse earrings and after about almost a month of waiting and no update I decide to contact customer service for assistance. I couldn't be connected with someone but instead received a notification stating someone would be in touch with me within the next 48hrs. I finally receive a follow up "Oops" email after the 48hrs. starting my item was canceled. When I tried communicating with customer service again, I felt like a was being mocked and told "hope your niece had a magical birthday", no real solution to my problem or frustration on how the situation was handled and the miscommunication. WILL NEVER SHOP @ DISNEY AGAIN.

I have purchased from them, if you ever have to return something for wrong size or wrong item. Forget it, it took 4 months of me calling to get one item refunded. A shirt we ordered came in wrong size sent the wrong size back never got the correct size and then it was sold out and then is taking a month still counting to get a refund. I won’t buy from Disney online ever again. Will just buy in person.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing multiple sizes on Shop Disney. The RETURN PROCESS is a total joke and customer service is terrible. Not only is the return process confusing and NOT at all explanatory or transparent, but you have to jump through hoops to make a return, including making and printing your own label, (which is not very clear when you go to make a return). Merchandise is great, online system is terrible, website is not efficient, and the return process is a hassle. I'll be buying my Disney merch on target or Amazon from now on.

Don’t buy from Disney online store unless you’re prepared to wait and wait. Although homepage states items ship in 7-10 days, many items are offered through third parties with deliveries taking up to 7 weeks. Better to buy Disney merchandise through Kohl’s,Penneys, Walmart etc

Disney online shop has virtual waiting room for shoppers and it’s totally unnesesery, boring and make people nervers because they have to wait online theirs turn to shop FOR JUST 10 minutes...this is crezy and creepy...who made that idea IS VERY VERY VERY STUPIED PERSON, and he need medical attencion!!!!

There customer service is inconsistent and a hastle to return or exchange items purchased online. When I contacted customer service to return/exchange some items I was told to fill out the form and attach the included return label. I emailed customer service and indicated that a return label was not included in the box if they can email me one. Then I was told by email that they don't provide a return label. It's my responsibility to go to the post office or UPS and return the box. That is not what I was expecting. I will not be ordering form Disney store. Please be aware of that inconvenience.

Physical Disney store. They don't provide bags to their customers after making purchases in their store. They will however SELL you one. I along with other customers left the store carrying items in and on our arms, looking like thieves rather than customers. I won't be back nor buy any Disney product.

The level of inconsideration experienced with this purchase has been awful. Friday 11/20 my package was said to have arrived, upon opening the package I realized THEY had sent the wrong item, I call customer service and was informed I had to return the wrong product in order for the correct product to be shipped. I explained to the customer service rep that I had just made it home that day from saying goodbye to my now deceased grandfather because he was being removed from life support and wasn’t sure when I would be able to get to UPS to ship it back, she stated that she would bypass it so that I could receive my order in time for my daughters birthday but also stated numerous times that I had to return their mistake so I was not charged. I told her that was fine but I was not sure when I would get there since I had to make funeral arrangements. Now we skip to a week later...after going through and still going through a horrible situation, I call to find out where the correct package is, this customer service rep informs me about returning THEIR mistake and my product not shipping because of that so I explain what I have been experiencing after the passing of my grandfather which is... the day after my grandfather passed I found out a very close friends son who is 15 went missing and possibly jumped off of a bridge. This boy is like my son, he spends 1/2 of his time at my home and is treated the same as my own children. The next few days were spent standing in the freezing cold and rain for 12+ hours waiting to see if his body was recovered from the river, which he was not ever recovered so the days since then have been spent talking to investigators and searching on foot for this child. So the chancing of me being getting to UPS to return THEIR mistake is slim right now because of the horrendous situation I am dealing with. The customer service rep today continues to inform me multiple times that I must return THEIR mistake. I must take time out of my day that has been spent searching for a missing child to get to UPS. We spend a significant amount of money at Disney between our trips and the tens of thousands of dollars spent on merchandise and to see the level of non compassion experienced because I’m not sure when I can return THIER mistake in unreal

I have had repeated problems with disney store since 2019. I order and then after they deduct payment they tell me they no longer have the item or I cannot access my order history online. Also, when trying to call customer support they keep me on the phone for over an hour waiting on someone to answer. I love disney but will not be buying from them again.

I placed a large order. I used a gift card for part of it and my Disney visa to get my 10% off. Neither has been used. I have been trying for a week to get someone on the phone and a response by email. Nothing. Someone picks up and Immediately I get disconnected, after 30 plus minutes of waiting. I get no response from email. I will never shop at shopDisney again.
