“UPS had a problem delivering my order. Signamerica called to tell me it would cost $17 to get redelivered and if I didn't pay it the package would be returned. Asked to speak to a supervisor but he/she would not talk with me. Never had a company charge me for someone else's problem. Needless to say, this is my first and last order form Signamerica.”

“I Needed an item ASAP. Even though I was past the cutoff time for shipping so I could get it in time for an event. Double sided banner tape to finish off a banner. They went out of their way to ship it the same day and I received just in time. Thanks”

“I ordered the wrong size part by mistake. Once I recieved the package I emailed the company and asked for a return shipment label to return the item. I was never given a lable and the lady I spoke to stated that the company only sells replacement parts for items that they sell. I am very unhappy that she did not comply with my request. If that was the case then it should say that on the website!”
