“The shopping experience was fine. I got my order quick and everything was great. The product however was very flimsy and the bottom was already broken when I opened it. I will have to send it back. The product quality was not as excellent as preferred.”

“I ordered the l stand without a banner and it came without any instructions on how to use it. I called several times and finally got the girl who answered the phone to understand what I needed. Also the base the stand is rather heavy. I've seen other stands that are much lighter.”

“I never got a proof of how my print would look. I also changed the design but didn't even know which one you would've printed, which was not the one I wanted. I was really looking for a new banner printer for our conferences but this is really disappointing.”

“we have had some ordering problems but most of your staff is very good. if they had our account open on their computers I feel the process would flow better than now as we need to review the order a couple of time before completion and confidence we get what we need.”

“Found the website a little confusing to navigate, and don't like the requirement to place the order and pay before you can upload an image. Would like to see ability to upload an image and get feedback as to whether the quality and design will be acceptable to Signworld before paying for the product.”

“Placing of order was stress free. Item price was fair and reasonable. However the cost of shipping was truly exorbitant compared with the total item price. I think use of the USPS or other shipping method would have reduced the price considerably.”

“Still my go to place for banners and backdrops... buutttt lately, we keep getting banners with the housing units bent or severely dented. Some are still usable both others I have had contact customer service about.”

“I sent a message to customer service asking if a certain banner stand would hold a 48x48 sign. I did not get a reply. I did not get a reply and I ended up getting a stand that I am going to make work. But if someone would at least reply and let me know IF a stand exists that is meant to hold a 48x48, and where I could find it, I would totally change my review to Very Good. Thank you!”

“The signs I received were fine, but not as I anticipated. I had tubing already for setting the sign, but the sign seams were smaller than the tubing. It was a disappointment. I anticipated the sign to fit standard tubing.”
