“We ordered three retractable banners and on arrival, 2 worked and 1 did not. We contacted Signworld and they were very helpful. They offered to send a replacement without charge. The products are very good looking, and now we know their customer service is also excellent.”

“Overall positive first-time user experience. Print quality was very good. Minor issues: The website ordering didn’t capture my preview request, and the banner bag handles fell off.”

“I received my two banners and a table throw today. They look GREAT. Good quality, nice bright colors and price was amazing too. “I ordered the 28.5 inch round outdoor sign with printed inserts. This sign, for the cost, is very decent in quality. It's not a $3000 sign that was originally proposed to me, and which I didn't need. It's a 259.00 sign that does the job very well. I purchased new LED tape lights and a power supply that is UL rated for wet and outdoor use. I will install these. It comes with CE rated lights and and power supply. There is no ground wire, but it is not necessary for a 12-24 volt power supply. It also has blue and brown conductors (wires), which are European colours for conductors. My city requires it to be grounded to pass inspection. It was easier to just change the components out for about $45 and get a really nice, code compliant sign for an incredible price. If you want to use this indoors, buy it and use it "as is". I would buy this sign again for any business venture.”
