I found 4 hard searches after setting this up on my credit search so be aware if you are considering such as a mortgage application as this can seriously harm your credit score.

Would have left a good one however after useing you guys it has been a week and still not received my goods. I contacted the store and have was told by them that you had not processed my order to them. Not so good really. Next day delivery has turned in to a week and still no sight of my order

I had bedroom carpet installed and I’m very disappointed with the result. Installation is ok but the feeling by hand and underfoot is not what I was expecting from your superior range. If the insulation is the better of 2 (which you told me I had bought) then I would hate to think what the other was like. I should probably have left the existing underlay in. 2mm underlay is what I was supplied with, had to pay extra for 10mm on the other carpets I bought from you. What you offer is no more that any other of the high street chains. I would not recommend you.

I was allowed to move one date to fall in line with my pay days...I was not allowed to move ant of the others. That made this service vastly inferior to Klarna

The website is not good. I updated my credit card but I kept getting messages to say I hadn’t paid, and had to do it manually. It’s not an intuitive website.

I returned my order but i didn't get my full refund which I not happy with and the agreement says that you get your refund back in full

Recent payment due to the original 12 monthly arrangement being set up as "bank card payment". As I had received a new bank card this caused the monthly payment to stop and me receive email advising payment "unable to be collected". I received a new bank card to comply with the new security measures being set up to prevent fraudulent activities. I was of the understanding the 12 monthly agreement was a direct debit. Maybe these agreements should be set up as a direct debit.

Great to be able to purchase item and pay in 3 instalments but the payment system was horrific it declined payments my bank would not release the money because dividbuy didn’t follow the correct procedure of security which caused me many problems so if your happy to put up with this it’s not a bad service at all there is also no contact details to actually call anyone and the chat service is run by people who are an absolute joke they are seeing to numerous calls at the same time as your quiery which takes hours upon hours of your time

I had my carpets fitted in September and after they had finished the fitter had left 2 rolls of underlay which had not been fitted in the rooms I was not happy to be left with these. I was also told I would have all my carpet grippers replaced with new but this also did not happen. The only new ones are in the kitchen and bathroom and they have been fitted poor, they are loose and they are curved so hurt your feet when walking into the rooms, I have a toddler and age could easily hurt herself on them. Another thing, I have found large nails under the vinyl in the kitchen and under the carpet in the living room, and this hurts your feet when walked on. I called Carpet Monster to complain and they never replied back to me, I am so unhappy with the service provided. I do not want to let this go, these issues need sorting.
