“ Ordered two dresses returned both in September received email from DLSB confirming they had received the returns stating I would receive refund 7 - 14 days but maybe 21 days. ”

“ Same as everyone else, I sent items back in September, and had the same emails from them,”high number of returns so delays”. Etc I raised a dispute through Clearpay and have just received a full refund today through Clearpay. (December!)I’ve also read that another customer had managed to get a refund through their bank. So definitely worth trying, either bank or Clearpay app. Assuming klarna app might be the same. ”

“ This is the worst company I have ever used. Long delays for returns and have now been notified that they have ceased trading. Still chasing refund 2 months later. Absolutely shocking. If I could give a - rating I would. No wonder they’ve gone under. ”
