“I cannot compliment this company enough. From start to finish their customer service was by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. I had trouble getting the Klana option on my purchase. The staff did everything they possibly could to help and eventually they worked it out. It took a good few attempts but by using the. Screen shots and explanations it was brilliant. I wish all Customer services were like this.”

“As a family of six, the compactness of these fowls and picnic blanket makes a world of difference. When the package arrived, my husband couldn’t believe that all the items fit in a box the size of a box with shoes. “I ordered 2 large Ponchos, however one should have been medium. I received a really prompt refund however I wanted a medium instead. The team couldn't have been more helpful - I was also offered a 10% discount on the replacement Poncho and was offered a free delivery code too - however I couldn't resist getting a matching towel so didn't need that.”
