I never received the item, so cannot review it. Tracking says it is at the Midlands postal hub. I'm south coast.

Towel arrived in good time but sadly was sent back the same day. Material drys quickly as it doesn’t absorb moisture at all. And was unpleasant in feel.

Ordered a towel poncho, item split along the seem with first use, contacted customer service and it took 3 emails i think via a bot to get return number. Completely ignored my request offering 25% discount to keep it. The box of how long it took for them to reply is deliberatly edged to under an hour, 2-3 hours, 3-6 hours 8-12 hours or over one week, it was 3 days.... so not even a option to put that in my review. Poor service

They promise 3-5 workday delivery. It already took them 5 workdays to ship my order, because one product was out of stock and they were not able tell me this, until I texted them 4 times. I hope the product will be worth its money in the end.

Not only is the material unpleasant the towel is hardly what I’d call “fast drying.” I have it on a beach holiday right now and it takes longer to dry than a “normal” towel. Completely disappointed.

I still have yet to receive my order. It says it was to be delivered two weeks ago. USPS states it’s “at a facility” about an hour away and has been for two weeks. Terrible terrible. Do not recommend ordering from this company

I didn't receive the colours I ordered . I ordered a pack of six which had one pink and one red . The pack I received had 3 pink , which wasn't ant good to me . I contacted customer service and their attitude was so poor I returned the whole thing. Won't order again from them .

I felt cheated when my delivery arrived. I had expected a towel not a flannel. Returns are hard to achieve so won’t be reordering. HW

I have not received my order. The money left my account on 22nd July for a x5 bundle of towels. I still have not received my order. Its alot of money and I am going on holiday soon and the towels have not arrived. Disappointed.

I had emailed you letting you that I live in Texas not New Jersey or wherever you delivered this package to and that I did not order it. You said you would cancel the order. However, I have now received an email saying it was delivered. I have never ordered anything from your company.

ordered, chased order and told personalised product takes longer (understand that) chased again, no reply 15 days later still no product or any update as to when i might receive it…very poor customer service
