Delivery was fine, but quality is very poor 83% polyester, might as well lie on a large bin bag...

If this is something you’d be interested in please email us at help@dockandbay.com All of our products are made from 100% recycled plastic bottles and you can find the material percentages on the product description on every product page on our website.

The description on the website was not for the product I received. The agent agreed it was misleading but felt it necessary to point out my apparent stupidity. I feel completely conned and very disappointed. I thought I was ordering bath towels as highlighted in the description but received hand towels, not even an option listed!

I paid for next day delivery and it arrived 2 days later. Too late for me to take on holiday. Sent complaint got no reply poor customer service

I ordered this expecting it to arrive by 10 days as the description said. Unfortunately, I still have no towel or reply back to the email I sent about it, which has really stressed me out. My friend is leaving to go overseas and it was supposed to be a gift for her, that she now won't be able to take. I have to reorder it off amazon to get it the next day to make up for it and hope that comes in time...pretty disappointing.

Leider war ich absolut enttäuscht von den Handtüchern. Die Farbe entsprach nicht der Abbildung und 20 EUR versicherter Rückversandt auf eigene Kosten würde mich kein zweites Mal dazu veranlassen bei Dock & Bay zu bestellen.

Ordered 4 towels and never received it. The delivery was supposed to happen in 1-2 business days. I got a message straight away no one was home. Of course I was home and I have camera but the operator confirmed the driver couldn’t find the address and did not attempt to deliver. Probably too many parcels not enough people to work. Since then I am still waiting for my refund. Dock & Bay disgusting I am certain I am not the first or last customer complaining !

I was disappointed with the quality of these large towels because they didn’t feel very good more like a paper towel the only thing good was the design and colour, for the price just not worth over £50! If I had known I wouldn’t of purchased them, so no I wouldn’t rate them

Hey Carole, We're sorry to hear you're not loving your Dock & Bay! Dock & Bay towels can definitely take some getting used to, especially if you're used to very fluffy traditional towels. We try to upload lots of imagery and videos to show how the towels move and look as well as close-ups of the fabric so that customers know we don't feel like traditional cotton beach towels. We also include what they are made of in the product description. We do hear you and understand that your expectations were different, but we think if you give them a chance you might find that they change your mind 🙌 Otherwise, if they haven't been used yet, we do offer a thirty day return policy, so you're more than welcome to return your towels for a refund. Poncho seam has come away during first use while away on holiday. Not the great quality I have come to expect from this brand - have bought 3 ponchos in the past which were all great.

Die Badetücher fühlen sich nicht schön an. Ich möchte die Tücher zurück schicken. Aber alle Versuche erkennen mich nicht als Kunden an.

The towels are very heavy and thick! Not exactly what you would picture for a beach towel! It cost me $19 to return my order that cost be $50. I would not recommend this product!

Sent 2 wrong items. Said you were crediting back. For 2 boys. Blanket is bone and black on line came pink and black. Never received refund. Immediately ordered 2 green. Way after order I get email stating out if stock. Still no refund fir that either. Terrible customer service. Emailed and NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT. Now I only have 1 towel and still awaiting 2 green towels 1- ENZO, 1- Oliver. So upsetting-

I have bought from you before, but I have been seriously let down this time. Its been 4 weeks and I'm still awaiting my items, the reason given is embroidery issues, but I keep being fobbed off by customer service saying they have been sent the items when they clearly haven't

I ordered these towels a few years ago. I followed the instructions for washing and drying but they never improved absorbance. I had high hopes for these towels but they feel waxy and do not absorb water.
