Dolphin fitness knows what their customers want. I ordered some cherry active juice on Saturday 7th may and received it Tuesday 10th may and I live in France truly amazing. The price beat all other companies I have looked at.Their postage was unbelievable and the goods were packed very well. I most definetly will use them again without a doubt. Living in France we have to pay large sums on postage ,but Dolphin fitness was fantastic.Thank you for excellent service . Karen Richardson

Quality fitness supplement for a readinable price. Sometimes have promotions as well. Free delivery ut that can be a bit slow. Hence 4 stars. Would recommend.

Prices are good but delivery is slow. Even in this pandemic, I have not received goods, nor been notified of delivery date, after 11 days since ordering.

Great products sadly let down by completely environmentally UNfriendly plastics. 2 small bottles (approx 4inx2in) of supplements wrapped in, GET THIS, over 6ftx12in of bubblewrap AND in a bubblewrap package NONE of which is recyclable!! We wont be back. Its about as irresponsible and ignorant as you can get in these enlightened times of climate change etc. A small cardboard box and some wrapping paper to wrap the bottles would have been quite sufficient. Shame on them. This is why plastic should just be banned cos stupid people simply dont common sense and being an ignoramus is apparently blissful!!

I got my order after 3 weeks!! Never again.. Horrible customer service, no email address to contact them, when I call them call is disconnecting after 5min!! No tracking number as well..

After being a long term returning customer of Dolphin Fitness something has really changed which i feel is dodgy. I received 4 bottles of Sun Warrior fulvic acid minerals and none had a tamper free seal on top of bottles like in the past and today from a different company i received same fulvic minerals however it has good safety seal on bottle and it has properly listed minerals on label which it used to do with Dolphin fitness and now a different address and company in USA and it feels most dodgy and i may well get the contents tested by trading standards.

I make an order over 10 days ago but I still haven’t receive my order. Sh*ty customer service. Nobody answers the calls I left voice message nobody got back to me. I won’t be buying of them again

Ordered items nearly £100 six days ago. The website recommended a certain type of delivery even though my order was eligible for a free delivery. I’ve chosen the recommended delivery by paying extra delivery charge( £3 or something). There was no update at all but 6 days later, they Emailed me saying one item is unavailable. Wonder why it took 6 days to find out they don’t have a stock?? Clearly they don’t manage their stock properly. Their email told me to contact them through their website. There is no contact details such as phone number or Email address. So unhelpful. Their website is so difficult to understand and there is no phone number or direct email address that I can send Email. I managed to sent messages through their “express contact service” or something this afternoon but no confirmation of their receipt of my messages nor reply. Never seen this poor online service lately. Very disappointing. I’ll update how they respond.

Truly terrible customer service - yes, Dolphin is cheap but if anything goes wrong, then it's a real headache. I have been a customer of Dolphin Fitness for over 4 years and this was a simple problem - the courier lost the parcel and the tracking showed I didn't have it. There was no reason for Dolphin not to simply recall the parcel and issue an immediate refund, as I requested. Instead I had to contact Dolphin Fitness 4 times to get this resolved. The first enquiry I raised was ignored. The response to the second enquiry told me the parcel was at the parcel shop, which was untrue. I then found that although a phone number for customer services is advertised there is a recorded message on it saying the only way to speak to someone is to request a callback on the website - but on the website there is actually no option to do this. Contacting Dolphin a third time through their facebook page produced an email telling me the parcel was due that day, ignoring the fact the tracking hadn't changed for 6 days and the courier website always says delivery is due. Dolphin at this point still ignored my request for a refund though they did agree to request an investigation from the courier, something I had requested on my first contact. As Dolphin failed to let me know the outcome of this I then had to contact them a 4th time and then finally a refund was issued. This standard of customer service is quite simply unacceptable and I will never purchase anything from Dolphin again. This is a sad reflection on a company which used to provide a good service.
