“I wanted to buy a free standing freezer for an outbuilding. Joanne at Donaghy Bros replied immediately to my query and was very helpful throughout the whole process. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Donaghy Bros to anyone looking to purchase an electrical item.”

“Website was excellent but the external pay system did not seem to bring me back to Donaghy website so I phoned. An excellent customer support person checked both order and payment databases to confirm neither order or payment went through and advised me to place a new order. This I could do confidently and it worked. I received order confirmation but to be doubly sure, I was sent a personal mail from an employee to say that order worked. Brilliant personal direct efficient service, as always. Thank you. As normal, goods at an exceptional price, service excellent.”

“Great customer service! We had huge problems with our faulty Neff Extractor Hood and BHS (the servicing company) kept fobbing us off with delays, not communicating with us and claiming that they had no parts or repair slots available. One email to Donaghy Bros and Malcolm in Customer Services got personally involved and insisted that they came to fix it immediately. BHS came two days and later and fixed it. Many, many thanks Malcolm and Donaghy Bros!”

“I would not hesitate to tell anybody to use this site for shopping VERY prompt service. We ordered Thursday pm it arrived Monday morning at 10.06 am. I wondered if we had done the right thing as they are in Ireland and we live in Kent UK. No problem THANK YOU”

“Searched high and low for a Kitchenaid mixer as it transpired stocks were depleted across the UK. Managed to find one finally at Donaghy Bros. I had a few questions about the model and spec which were dealt with knowledgeably and was delighted at the speed and efficiency of the delivery. Overall very pleased with the product and service.”
