“Ordered a Stoves double oven and the transaction was really easy and delivery was prompt. However we then found out that the grill tray had no handle and found if very difficult to source I feel Donaghy Bros could have been more helpful with at least a part number as opposed to " really sorry but can't help you, contact STOVES ".”

“I managed to source my Elica Switch through Donaghy Bros which was very difficult through mainland uk suppliers . I was on a timescale for fitting and although they ran behind on shipping date they pulled it out if the bag and made sure I got it the next week. I got an apologetic email from James Donoghy the MD which was excellent customer service and shows a pride in the company name. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.”

“My order arrived quite quickly and within the time slot predicted, so all good so far. My only concern, and it was small, is that the driver was a bit impatient when I couldn't open my door to him when he first knocked.”

“Being a Londoner I wouldn't normally buy a large item from a supplier so far away in NI but Donaghy Bros stocked a discontinued item I wanted and they made the shipping process painless”

“Dealing with Donaghy Bros was easy on the whole. I had a problem with my delivery, it was delivered to the wrong address (not Donaghy Fault), but it took numerous phone calls to the delivery company and then Donaghy to get it sorted out, and it was. My real grumble is when a representative says that they will get back to you, and they don't! Hence more phone calls! A replacement was sent within a week. Thank you Donaghy Bros, particularly Lucinda.”

“Donaghy Bros sent my order promptly but unfortunately via DPD who delivered it some miles away, luckily to a very nice woman who found my telephone number and rang me. I complained to Donaghky Bros and hope they find other carriers.”

“Trouble-free. Had what I was looking for. Prompt arrival. However the delivery people gave very short notice & did not leave the parcel in the suggested places if no-one was available to sign for it, & it was a bit inconvenient having to collect from a local shop.”

“i received my a Smeg Mixer very fast delivery all looked good but after i opened it the inner box was crushed in one corner when this box was opened one of the components was broken i contacted online purchase sept the response fast i asked could i keep the mixer as it was all working fine they have sent to smeg to get replacement part very pleased with their customer care this is when you really know if a company is good when they can deal with a problem without a fuse”

“Good and prompt delivery although the box was very bashed up when it arrived. Obviously a problem with the delivery company. Thankfully the contents appear undamaged and are working ok.”

“Unfortunately the item supplied was damaged and I am at present waiting for it to be uplifted and a new one supplied, hence not five stars. I don’t believe the problem of the damaged item was the fault of Donaghy Bros and have been satisfied with their dealing of it so far.”
