“Price was very competitive! Delivery came much quicker than expected! Package in perfect order! Main criticism: lack of communication. Apart from a confirmation email straight after the order was placed and paid: nothing. So we had no idea how long we would have to wait. Nor when the delivery would be made.”

Unfortunately after your initial confirmation email (sent from our Warehouse dispatch team) the item was then passed onto DPD and it is their responsibility to email or send a SMS message to the customer, we can only apologise on their behalf that this did not happen on this occasion. “Excellent service and very efficient the only thing i feel could have been better was the delivery it was a pallett delivery so my cooker which is a range was pkonked on the drive, this was stated in the delivery as to what would happen but the driver did not wait fir me to check it just took straight off, apart from that i am very happy with the product.”

“Really lovely company - rang to confirm and let me know when my cooker would arrive. Only a minor issue - delivery company was a third part. They stated they wouldn’t take it back if it was damaged. The cooker looked fine but may well have been an issue if it had been damage en route.”

Just to let you know that if the product is examined (as per the advice given by our dispatch team) and the item is found to be damaged we will of course uplift and replace the item . “Ordered a cooker hood online as was showing in stock but after placing order was advised they did not have item available and would order for me or supply a refund if unavailable. Luckily they were able to obtain requested hood and delivered speedily. I did not receive a text advising time of deliver or that it was being delivered on a pallet. Having said this I would order again from Donaghy brothers as I was happy with outcome. Said hood has not yet been installed due to current COVID restrictions.”

“Overall the transaction was very slick with no problems. One small gripe was with the courier. I wasnt able to check my item to accept it because the item was placed inside my home, in its packaging, and then the couriers immediately left. This I think, in todays climate is unacceptable, not only from the acceptance point of view but disposal of large amounts of packaging is very difficult. Other couriers, in my experience, remove all packaging and dispose of it for the customer.”

“I recently bought a Belling Range from them. The Courier stated that I would receive it in the Thurday however they didn't come until the next day Friday, I had people as instructed by them to be there to help with lifting the new range. A phone call would have been nice from the courier. I understand that it was the weather that prevented the delivery from happening on the arranged day.”

“I can’t give 5 stars as the item didn’t arrive - the shambles that is Brexit meant the item got held by DPD for more than a week. Donaghy Bros were responsive and helpful and processed a refund as soon as it was clear the problem would take time to clear.”

“Very often the best price in the UK and they keep a close eye on their competitors. Our Dyson could not have been bought cheaper and delivery time was incredible considering that it came from Northern Ireland to Hampshire. Brilliant!!”
