“The auto confirmation e-mail didn’t work but they got back to me as soon as the office opened to confirm the order and delivery. Product arrived in a damaged box, likely from the courier, product in perfect condition. Would use again”

“I ordered a Which? Recommended Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner at a comparatively attractive price. It was acknowledged and despatched promptly. Eventually it arrived safely - but too late for Christmas ! It was a delivery problem, presumably exacerbated by Covid19 and the Season. However the Donaghy customer relation attention was exemplary. The product seems excellent, so far, but early days to be sure.”

“Firstly went to the shop in Kilrea to view/pick an oven and hob that I had liked the look of on-line. The hob was £10 more expensive in the shop and the oven £20 more expensive, spoke to a salesman who informed me that the hob was sold out, I said the one in the showroom would do fine, he informed me that it was also sold although there was no sold sign on it, but the oven was freely available, I made my excuses and headed home. I placed and paid for the same items online immediately on returning home as they were all showing available for home delivery within 24 Hrs. It was not a surprise then to be contacted by Donaghy's within the hour to say that the stock on-line sometimes doesn't match what is physically in stock. Amazingly the hob was freely available but the oven was out of stock the exact opposite of what I was told 30 minutes earlier instore. In the end I got what I wanted as Laura from the online team was able to secure me the oven from the showroom all at the online price.”

“Perfect fridge, great customer service. not a bad price, and they ship directly from the warehouse, unlike other big retailers which order in. so very fast for big appliances. really good communication regarding delivery time too. Only downside is the 'kerb side' delivery. Was a stretch even to get the delivery guy to drop it at the front door. delivery guy refused to take away the timber pallet also. finally, company is not WEEE compliant and will not recycle electronics as per Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations SI 149 of 2014. Pretty sure they're suppose to, but they were adamant they wouldn't. Perfect other than this.”

“Found Donaghy Bros very helpful. I was let down with a fridge delivery and booked new fridge online with Donaghy Bros. The fridge turned out not to be in stock however I spoke with very helpful gentleman called Mark. I picked another fridge and Mark arranged for it to be delivered. I would recommend Donaghy Bros The delivery service was not good however, the driver told me if I bought the fridge down south they bring into the house, if bought up north they dont have to so they dont. He left fridge in front yard. I managed to lift onto step however went looking for a strong neighbour to bring into the house.”

“Delivery was seamless but because of Covid they were unable unpack the dishwasher, which I wished to do to check there was no damage to washing machine. The problem with buying from Northern Ireland when one lives in England is that the guarantee appears to be only valid for Northern Ireland and the voucher for 'free' All-in-One tablets is also only valid when one lives in Northern Ireland.”

“I found Donaghy Bros helpful when I went looking to buy a rangemaster cooker. Although they did not have the colour I wanted available at the time , they offered another beautiful cooker which was on display. The only difficulty I encountered was when it was delivered, it was left outside in my front garden ( kerbside delivery which I was not aware of but seemingly it is in the terms and conditions), I really do not understand why a company selling such large appliances do not provide actual delivery in to your home. I now have my cooker in the kitchen and hope to have it installed next week ( I need to remove two presses to accommodate it), just can't wait to use it. My thanks to Alan for all his help in my purchase.”

“Product exactly as described. Would have been great to know when the item was due delivery. Got a response to my query - when will it be delivered. Answer : tomorrow. And it was ! Would also help if the delivery team unpacked and took away the packaging but that is probably too much to hope. Donaghy sales and products are fine. Thank you”

“Had difficulty getting into their website and ordering. Package took about 8 days to arrive with very little packing (just a transparent piece of plastic around the item). To their credit they were helpful on the phone and the item was dispatched quickly. They had stock when other retailers did not.”

“Excellent service by Donaghy brothers, Order of a new Bosch Dishwasher was dispatched next day but then had to wait another 9 days for delivery by arrow XL. When it was delivered the driver brought the item to the door on his own but said he wasnt allowed the bring it inside due to Covid Regs. There was another person in van who could have helped. Managed to bring inside myself but if was going to be delivered to someone who couldnt have it would have been left outside.”
