“I would give a 5* review .. The service I recieved and delivery turn around time was fantastic given the currant climate However the delivery driver was a bell end (no help what so ever) so sorry only a 4* review for this purchase”

“Firstly would stay right from the off that the customer service received from your staff especially Seamus (who was temporary at your store when I contacted yourselves) However there is always a but isn’t there, at no time were we advised that the carrier used from NI. Was a pallet carrier only, when he arrived at my residence he was in no way going to assist in unloading the 2 units. In fact he was going to leave the pallet in the road and expected my wife who was on her own at the time to unload the units herself she remonstrated with him, he then relented and put the pallet onto our front drive and myself and my wife had to get the units indoors with a struggle. The crux of the matter is if we had known that the carrier was to tail board/floor we could have made arrangements to have additional hands available to assist us. A note for any future orders Again many thanks for the kind customer service received Regards Roger Day.”

“Every piece of electrical equipment in my house came from Donaghy Bros and l am a satisfied customer. My recent purchase was the only one l've made online. I would have appreciated some notification of when l might expect delivery without having to telephone and find out that it was coming the next day. Fortunately l was able to be home to receive it but this would not always be possible without some prior warning.”

“Had to cancel order due to one man delivery and only pavement placement - aged couple so not viable option- so unable to put freezer in garage Staff very pleasant and well stocked store will use again if the delivery is sorted out.”

“Ordered freezer and we were kept updated and item delivered by an extremely helpful driver. Unwrapped freezer and found a small dentin the door, however, as the freezer is in an out building we can live with it.”

“It would have been 5* as the price and delivery were v reasonable & quick...but I feel the lady that called to arrange delivery, although very pleasant and efficient, wasn't very helpful when I asked if the driver would be able to deliver the fridge into my home as I have several steps down to my door. It turns out the driver absolutely would not take the fridge down the steps and said that the office should have told me its a 2 man job, which is completely fair enough on his part..but meant that it had to be left in the garage for several days, and we had to arrange for another person to come and help. Had I been told there was the option of potentially paying extra to get it into the house I would have paid. However this only came from the driver and may not be company policy.”

“Very pleased with this very spacious new fridge, which was delivered in excellent condition despite its long journey. Reason for 4* review is that despite showing stock when I ordered, it took one complete week before being despatched to the UK delivery company. Once with the UK delivery company it arrived very quickly but in all two weeks minus one day. Having said this Donaghy Bros was the only company to show stock and at the best price. I was kept informed at all times by Donaghy and when I did call is was nice to actually speak to a person immediately rather than being in a queue. During these strange times of Corona virus, Donaghy delivered the fridge I wanted when others still have no stock. Thank you for an effortless service.”
