“Competitive price on item, though delivery was a rather drawn out affair. The item was eventually delivered two weeks after it was ordered. I was aware that the item was being despatched from Ireland though in the age of modern logistics surely the delivery delay could be shortened?”

“Item was exactly as described! Could have done with better updates on the delivery and ordering. Slightly overpriced considering they couldn't even carry the dishwasher into my house. Other than that, the item is perfect and the customer service were very helpful.”

“Fast, friendly delivery when others were " out of stock " . One of the freezer drawer front panels had cracked from its "tab fixing on the right hand side , but a few drops of superglue was deemed ( by me ) far better than sending the freezer back.”

“Donaghy Brothers were so easy to deal with and efficient. I rang to enquire about availability of my cooker. They assured me that it was in stock so I ordered it straight away. They dispatched it as promised the following day. Unfortunately the courier company left it sitting in their warehouse for almost a week so I had to chase it up a few times. It arrived safely in the end and I'm cooking happily on it. It was a pleasure to deal with Donaghys and their prices couldn't be matched anywhere.”

“Regarding purchasing, communications with the company and delivery, an excellent service, however one of the ovens on my new range cooker didnt work. Rangemaster are now waiting for spare parts. Not something I anticipated on purchasing a brand new range cooker.”

“All arrived in good working order. Only comment is that it would have been good to have some proactive update on when to expect delivery (eg on the order confirmation) to avoid me having to call up a couple of times. There were some understandable stock delays due to COVID so it would be helpful to ensure customers are properly informed.”

“We bought a dyson cleaner from Donaghy Bros whom we had never heard of before. The price was good (the best on the net at the time) delivery excellent they told us to within the hour the drop off time. We would recommend them.”
