“My dishwasher is still in its packaging in my hallway. All the white goods that I have bought in the past have been installed for me and the old item taken away. I bought the dishwasher not realizing that it would not be plumbed in for me. When I realized that it would not be plumbed in, I was so pleased with the price that I went ahead a paid for the dishwasher. A friend said he would plumb it in for me but to date, he has not come to do so. Difficult to rate because it hasn't been unwrapped.”

“Very pleased with the Fridge Freezer and the price, there was no panic over delivery as my existing one was working but I feel you need to inform customers about delivery as I had to ring up to find out about delivery days. Your courier was on the ball and delivered on time and in good condition, no damage at all to the packaging.”

“Good price. Very prompt and polite responsiveness to telephone and e-mail enquiries. Good communication concerning schedule only slightly let down at the end by the UK delivery agent. I would recommend Donaghy.”

“Product arrived as described and in good time. I have knocked off a star because it was not clear that purchases outside the Republic of Ireland (I am in the UK) are not covered By warranty. I spoke to a nice lady at Belling Eire who said that they would probably be able to help if there is a problem during the first year but nothing official. I suggest you make it clear in your website.”

“I ordered a BEKO fridge as Donaghy Bros offered the most competitive online price. My only disappointment was the delivery time; it took 12 days from order to delivery which wasn’t eluded to on their website.”

“I got my appliance on time , organised well , good contact to facilitate delivery. The appliance was hard to find online when i was looking for a model due to its height and id say it was one of 2 left in Ireland and at a reasonable price point . so all good must register warranty”

“We ordered a freezer, which your website told us was in stock. We were then told that it was not in stock and we would have to wait for an indefinite period, with no guarantee whether or if it would ever be back in stock. We then cancelled our order, which was seamless. You drop a star for your website but your staff were helpful and courteous. Our payment was reimbursed almost immediately. Apart from the website, the issues were NOT the fault of Donaghy Bros”

“Hi, I ordered a Miele Vacuum cleaner in a bit of a hurry as my previous Dyson 'died'. The ordering process was simple and the item was delivered within a few days. Unfortunately, I then found that I could have bought the same vacuum from Currys for £20 cheaper! My own fault but next time I'll shop around a little more first!”

“No problems with you but had problems with the delivery company.I was told delivery was going to be at 07 am Tuesday so got up ready for acceptance of my freezer eventually I phoned the delivery company and was told it would be delivered at 10 ish when it arrived . Not impressed”

“I purchased item online. Received an email confirmation then another pleasant email to explain the item would be with me within the next few days and the haulier would contact me directly with regard to deliver. Sure enough the haulier contacted me within a few days by telephone asking for directions to my house and the item was delivered within 10 minutes of that phone call. Have not opened packaging as yet therefore cannot comment on the item as yet.”
