The item is worth the money and performs well. I think they should replace their courier service though as the box was battered and all the internal packaging was broken on arrival regardless of the “FRAGILE “ tape

Samsung is everything that I wanted my mistake was not buying it from somebody who would take the old one away and would actually install the new one because I live on my own I found it very difficult

I was a bit unsure about ordering from a company based in NI (& during Covid) as Im in England. Absolutely no worries there delivered when they stated, no delays, kept me informed.

Didn't realise from the website that the business is based in Ireland, and was a bit concerned when I found out from the order acknowledgement. But I needn't have worried, Dyson fan arrived quickly and was cheaper than anywhere else!

Good communication. My only disappointment is that the delivery driver was not expected to unpack and remove packaging. Most companies (Currys, AO) seem to do that nowadays.

Email communications were rather difficult (this was during the Covid-19 situation), however, phone contact was more helpful and always friendly. Unfortunately the item was faulty leading to more communication problems but ultimately the situation was resolved sooner than expected.

Ordered Dyson cordless cleaner recently and despite extra pressure on supply and deliveries product arrived within five working days. Advised of delivery the previous day and also the next giving the exact time driver and cleaner would be with me, which it was and I’m very happy with both service and product.

Your side of the sale was not problem, quick efficient and the goods were as promised. Would recommend you BUT do stop using DPD for your deliveries. There service was appalling, and involved a three day wait at home against the time slots they predicted. Wednesday 29th. my wife waited in for them to call, no one did. Late afternoon, text to say called but no answer. No one had called. Thursday 30th. I waited in for a call twixt 14:15 and 15:15 to get a text at 15:05 saying they had called and no response. Not so, no one had called at my door. I was then asked for a£5.00 fee to ensure delivery on the Friday May 1st. Your parcel was needed by the 2nd. so paid but no call from DPD until I flagged down an unmarked van in the street which turned out to be from DPD. He had been following a Sat. Nav. which he had not bothered to check and going to the wrong estate. I would advice you to check the records of your DPD deliveries for complaints. otherwise, apart from having waited and wasted for three days, no complaints!

Received the Dyson vacuumn as promised, in time. However the unit failed to charge from the outset. Donaghy Bros were happy to replace the faulty item but because of Covid and their location in Ireland I went for a replacement battery from Dyson...so I didn't test the response of Donaghy in replacing the item. However, they responded well in my dealings with them so no problems.

Ordering was very easy and delivery was good took slightly longer than the advised time due to the latest covid restrictions that are on place but overall very happy with my KitchenAid stand mixer and the service provided by Donaghy Bros. Will definitely use them again for similar kitchen items and I would recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.

My order arrived on time. My only concern is that I am unable to open it at this stage as due to Corona my builders have had to stop working. Therefore I am not sure if the cooker itself is all ok. Have tried to contact someone to discuss this but have failed to be able to do so.

I was please with the ordering and the delivery of the freezer.all went as planned. My son in law opened the box with the freezer in side. {i am a vulnerable person }there was no damaged to the box,but the freezer had a dent on its side.about 5cm. I will ask my son in law to send you a photo of the damage

Good delivery and communication. Product had been opened and must have been a return as it was upside down in box and had protective packaging removed. Disappointing but we have been using iron for 2 weeks and are satisfied with it.
