“Item was as described on the web site. Delivery was timely as promised and given the constraints of social seperation it was placed in a secure and weather proof space. Two calls to the shop were quickly answered and the responses helpful. I would recomend Donaghy Brothers for online purchases.”

“The vacuum seems to be working really well but there was a 2week delay between my order and the delivery. It may have been affected by all of the virus issues.”

“Fast, efficient delivery. Updated on progress, thank you. Only issue was that it was not clear when we ordered that the delivery would be 'kerbside only' - maybe it was in the small print. The unaccompanied delivery driver helped as far as he could but had to leave the cooker outside. We struggled to get the very heavy 110cm Rangemaster in that evening and less able customers might have been left with a product in the rain. It would be great if the website could make it clear(er) that delivery is not into the property.”

“Very happy with our purchase from start to finish. We received our fridge/freezer only 3 working days after ordering online knowing that we had been waiting for more than 3 weeks from another supplier. It was very smooth. I highly recommend them.”

“Very competitive priced product. Notification of delivery date the day after order, however despite being told we’d get a two hour delivery time we had no notification on the day as to when the delivery was coming. It came first thing and fortunately we were in and all was good.”

“Very good service. Only issue - I was advised I would be contacted an hour or two before delivery on day by delivery man to advise a time of arrival. This didn’t happen and he just arrived. It was very lucky I was in!! It would be good to have an estimate delivery time prior to delivery day. having said this the delivery man was a lovely chap and very friendly.”

“Delivery was not as prompt as stated on the internet, doubtless because the goods came from Ireland, not UK. I was away and without a phone when first attempts at delivery were made and I couldn't reach the delivery people beforehand, so some time was wasted but the vacuum arrived in good order and I am pleased with it.”

“Excellent product excellent price. Saved a lot of money ordering from Donaghy Bros compared to Curry’s/ao was delivered around a week after ordering to mainland UK. Logistics company gave good comms. and delivered as arranged for free. If it’s not a distress purchase I encourage everyone to save potentially a lot of money. In our case hundred of pounds on one appliance!”

“I bought a new vacuum cleaner online from this company which offered by far the best price with no apparent downside other than delivery, would be about a week. It would have arrived sooner had the address been given in full to the courier. This may have been my own omission - can't be sure - anyway once I alerted them it did arrive promptly and we are pleased with the machine.”
