“Parcel from being sent out took a while to be delivered love the hoover though”

“I would have given 5 stars except that once I got confirmation of purchase I had no other communication until I got a note from the post office to collect it. An email giving expected date of delivery would be useful.”

“Competitive prices and good service. Room for improvement with delivery notification. No tracking link sent or communication from the carrier; I had to phone the carrier to find out when delivery was scheduled. However I would still recommend Donaghy Bros as a supplier.”

“Happy with item, vacuum cleaner arrived as ordered. The only negative is Parcel force. The tracking information does not work. Neither app, which didn't like the reference number. Nor the web, it got the parcel to Southampton depot and didn't show any movement after that. Fortunately I was in when delivery came.”

“Price and item as displayed but GLS delivery poor No tracking given ,no contact by GlS called without notice never phoned just left note that the delivery was being left 15 minutes away in kilmore Quay presumably their next drop a shop.”

“There was a delay in delivery of my Dyson but I received an email from Donaghy Bros letting me know. So good communication. My only concern was that the Parcel Force tracking number didn't work so I didn't know exactly when the delivery would take place.”
