Bought a fridge freezer, 2 days later they message me to say it isn't in stock so I get a refund which takes another 3 days. While I'm waiting for the refund I get an email to say they have got the showroom fridge available and tried to say they offered that to me before but I never got that email and by then my money was in 'limbo' so overall not a good experience but I did get my money back

I payed a extra £20 for a extra delivery man because there was a flight of stairs to carry the product up. When the product arrived there was only one delivery man what happened to the extra £20???

Hello Irene, The additional fee is a payment for the couriers to carry your item to a room of your choice/up a flight of stair etc as opposed to kerbside/entry point delivery. This is normally done with two delivery people although on this occasion it appears that one managed to carry out the task in hand solo. Item was delivered and couriers arrived 2 hours prior to the planned time and as I wasn’t in they left it on the door step. I’m a lady living alone with three young children who had to move this alone without any help and then dispose of all the packaging. It was missing the reflective panel and also the template to enable the measurements to fit the integrated door. It’s been 4 days since delivery and this issue has still not been solved. Not overly satisfied with my first experience sadly.

Hello Louise Apologies once again for the delay on your replacement parts - we are chasing the manufacturer on your behalf regarding this and as soon as we have an update our Service team will be in touch. We do offer a two person delivery service where the item is delivered to a room of your choice, this is a chargeable extra to our free kerbside/doorstep delivery but may be worth considering in the future. Very worried what I was going to get as the paperwork kept stated I was to receive a inbuilt fridge freezer when I’d ordered a hob but luckily the hob arrived packaging was damaged but luckily the product is ok Until we battle again Larry

Your item was sent by courier and unfortunately we are at the mercy of uncontrollable delivery delays due to staff shortages and fuel issues within the HGV sector. The cooker door was hanging off when we got it and the screw and hinges did look to hood on it but we know it might be the delivery company flat and no yours

The dishwasher I wanted was advertised as being available, they quickly took my payment. However, a few days later I received an email to say it was no longer in stock and they’d let me know when it was available. On a positive note, when I requested a refund it was done quickly. In summary, good prices but check whatever you want is in stop before you pay

An item that showed it was in stock on the there website but wasn't so took longer to arrive than expected. Didn't cause any problems, but a week might be a problem for some.

Product was excellent. However delivery service very poor. No communication that parcel had been dispatched or when delivery was going to take place. Delivery driver very nearly left v expensive item on doorstep.

Unable to comment as the hob we ordered arrived damaged, and we are waiting on a replacement. Company were however good at organising a replacement which we hope arrives safely!
