Price was £25 lower then the best price on the internet. When item arrived, the packaging was damaged, the item upside-down in box and instructions not contained in usual clean envelope. Suspect this was an ex-display item. Having said that, the steamer was immaculate and works well.

You thanked me for my order ... then told me that the machine I had ordered was ‘out of stock ‘ and not expected until later in the year. You promised to let me know when it would be available. No word yet.

Ordered a Neff built in microwave, that was in stock, according to the website for delivery in 1-3 days. Two weeks later I’m still waiting for the item. I was kept informed that they were waiting for a delivery and there would be a weeks delay. A weeks delay was ok for me, but then got another message that it failed to arrive in the delivery of stock and had to wait yet another week. With family arriving to stay this week, we really don’t need this delay and would prefer to have working appliances. Not an entirely happy customer.

You did okay. Just a shame about your carrier Parcel Force. They certainly could produce evidence of a few attempts to deliver to you but reality proved to be the opposite I'm afraid. I received one card from them chucked over the gates that had our house number and date on it only; no further information e.g. name of recipient, sender etc. I eventually contacted you and then collected the parcel from Patchway Depot, Bristol an 80 mile round trip!

I would have scored you higher but for the poor experience when one of the two items that I had ordered was delivered to the house beside me. When I asked your delivery guy where he was he asked me if I had a truck to move his mistake to my address.

Customer service is everything and on this occasion we didn’t receive any On three days we stayed in to receive our item and it never came, rang Donaghy’s and they stated somebody would ring, they never did.

So, everything was absolutely fine until delivery. Smooth online shopping and transaction. A courtesy call to let me know when the delivery would be, so thumbs up for Donaghy Bros. Now, the delivery man was meant to call on the day. He never did. Then turned up and left the fridge/freezer on the street - apparently not insured to get in the house - but on an UNEVEN SURFACE ... I should have taken photos but I was too worried that the fridge/freezer will fall and crash badly. It took several hours to get it moved into the house. Check carefully the small lines before buying and don't expect much service quality when it comes to delivery.

Product arrived in unbranded box wrapped in what looked like a black bin liner? Had slight dint on metal faceplate looked like an item that had already been opened and returned and also a bulb was smashed which was replaced not as professional as other online retailers I use but we have used the product non the less, will not purchase from this company again though as for and extra £10 I can buy from John Lewis

Slight delay to order due to no stock when ordering and slight damage when delivered but nothing you can see once installed. But overall best price online and easy website to use, in general a ok seller.

Donaghy Bros where really helpful and good to deal with, the delivery driver on the day however was rude and made the moving of the appliance easy for him and difficult for us.

great prices but beware over mainland delivery. I only got a full day slot with an hour's warning AND their insurance prevents them from deliverying past the front door. Which means he takes his handy trolley away and we have to shuffle it the hard way....

This was our first purchase from your company. The actual process was very good. You supply quality goods at a competitive price. Ordering was effortless and back-up communication was fine. Many other online retailers provide a similar service, but what lets your company down is the third-party delivery company you use. The person delivering had no personality whatsoever and absolutely no sense of Customer Service. It was raining when the delivery arrived and we wanted it dropping in a garage at the rear, accessed by our rear driveway directly off the road and easily accessible. The deliverer had already taken it off the vehicle and had it on a pallet-trolley before even knocking on the door and just dumped it down our front driveway, which necessitated moving a car to let him get past! My wife and I then had to haul the dishwasher all the way around to the back, in the pouring rain - not an easy task when we are of a certain age! We do understand that you use a third-party delivery company and do not charge for delivery, but nonetheless their manner still reflects on your business. I guess that they are cheap and allow you to retail the goods to the consumer at a good price. You do state that it is a 'kerb drop-off, but it's no excuse for poor service. Had the delivery been more customer-focussed, it would undoubtedly have been a 5-star rating.

Hi Wally, I'm sorry this has caused you some frustration, i share the same feeling when reading this. We use a number of 3rd party couriers to connect us all over the UK and Ireland. Sadly with all items, small courier to large multi pallet deliveries this give us no control over who the driver is going to be at the other end and how helpful/mannerly they will be. 99% of the time things go off perfectly and everyone is happy however there is always the possibility of this happening. I can only apologize on behalf of Us here but also the delivery company as it is a poor reflection on them also. Regards, Seamus Óg

Product is exactly as I was expecting, but was delivered a day late. Delivery within 3 days is fine - but the website promises it within 1-2 days, so the company is not delivering the service it commits to.

Item arrived as specified. Courier was great. Price dropped after purchase :( I wish I had watched the item rather than buying promptly. Company does not offer any price adjustment refund.

Product delivered promptly and at a great price - only issue I had was UK delivery company left the washing machine in my alleyway and would not help me bring In to my flat, so I had to struggle for half an hour on my own. NOT IMPRESSED! they dumped it the wrong way round so I had to rotate 90 degrees in a small space without a trolley on my own - VERY POOR SERVICE come on guys sort out your delivery company to do a better job please

I received a very quick acknowledgement of my on line order, which is reassuring when ordering from an online business for the first time. The overall delivery timescale was also fairly quick, around 6 days, despite the delivery company clearly not acting on our request to change the delivery day. It would also be better if a text or email was sent when the product has been dispatched and an expected delivery day/date at this point. As we had no prior warning, there was nobody home to take the delivery.

The product was good value for money, however, company may wish to reconsider the delivery firm they have contracts with. Yodel was used to handle the delivery of my order, which was promised to be delivered before Christmas, but this did not happen and due to Donaghy Bros were not back in work until after the New Year, this meant my grandson was without his main present on Christmas Day. This took some explaining as he is 6 years old and couldn't understand why Santa hadn't brought him his long awaited trampoline.
