“Very good service, easy to order and delivery was quick. I hold the 5* review as the cooker arrived with a ding on one of the handles, I took photos and emailed it to Donaghys and they replied telling me to contact Leisure direct. That’s all well and good but I didn’t buy it from leisure. After 2x 30 mins phone calls where I was on hold I gave up.”

“Dealing with this company was very easy they did everything they said they would. The product I wanted was out of stock except they had a display model which they let me have for a reduced price. However I have no instructions and no manufacturer’s registration for the guarantee. But I will telephone them and ask for them. Other than that everything was very good.”

“Donaghy Bros kept us well informed of the timing of the delivery and when we should expect their courier to have our cooker hood for us. The courier was also helpful in giving us an eta on the day, (though this isn't routine for them as it is for many larger organisations). Although the delivery took longer than from many larger organisations (nearly a fortnight, rather than 2-3 days), it all went smoothly and our cooker hood arrived well-packed in pristine packaging.”

“Very good price. Only concern about kerbside delivery was a one man van & driver commented it was heaviest item he'd ever moved. As van had no visible lift worried the weight was just dropped from van to pavement as bottom of packaging slightly damaged. So far item working ok”

“I needed a Range Cooker in a hurry as our old Range failed the gas safety test and was condemned. I went to John Lewis but they said it was 6 weeks lead time. Donaghy were 5% cheaper and the site said the cooker was in stock and delivery was 4-7 days, brilliant! The cooker turned up on time but I saw the box was damaged top right. I opened the box carefully and I could see that the top cover had a small dent but decided we could live with this. Cooker is in place works perfectly and looks amazing. I reported this back to sales and they said that they would notify the courier company. I’m just relieved that it was not something anyone else would notice and and 150kg it didn’t need to be sent back.”

“Bought a Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner. Spoke to a member of staff prior to purchase who was knowledgeable about the product. Ordered it on line and it was delivered about six days later. Happy with the service.”

“Needed a new American fridge freezer and Donaghy Bros were only company to have one available. Was a decent price so bought it. Staff were very helpful and kept to their promise and I received it on time. Only downside is the delivery service offered (which I'd read about from a disgruntled purchaser in an on line review) They only offer a kerbside delivery with just one man. If I hadn't owned a heavy duty 'barrow' and a strong helpful neighbour I'd have been in trouble. I'd have paid for a 2 man delivery just to get the fridge into my house. NOT SUITABLE for the majority of American fridge freezer purchaser I suspect. Would have been 5 star if a more suitable delivery option was available.”
