I bought a larder fridge on-line from Donaghy Bros. The delivery was earlier than expected, swift and was handled well by the delivery team. One problem I cannot solve is changing the door to open the other way. The screws are very tight and in the end I gave up! The fridge is working well.

Donaghy Bros, were the only supplier that I could find who had stock of both the Oven and the Hob that was required for my Kitchen Build in February 2022. The items were ordered and despatched through a 3rd Party delivery agent. The oven when delivered had been damaged in transit, Donaghy were contacted and various e-mails were exchanged regarding the damage. The advice was that the damage was only cosmetic and did not affect the use of te oven, but a replacement would be provided. Unfortunately the company were unable to source a replacement, and as a result arranged a partial refund as way of an apology for the 3rd party damage. The result was acceptable and the case has been closed to my satisfaction. I am now just storing the oven and hob in my front room waiting for the kitchen fitters to start work.

Good information on item purchased. Competitively priced. Delivery was ok. No mention of any possible delivery issues until after purchase though. I would use again and recommend to others.

Very good choice and prices of products on the web site. . Ordering was easy. The oven we ordered was out of stock so they offered us an upgraded one at no extra cost. The only issue was with the delivery from the Dispatch company, which was not Donaghy Bros fault. The order was a couple of weeks late but pressure from Donaghy Bros moved it along. Very good service.

Quick response and very competitive pricing. Only downside was the courier only gave 1 days notice of delivery so neighbour had to take parcel in.

Very friendly and helpful. Disappointed to find the item ordered was not boxed & in stock but was actually on display. But they did contact us to let us know and offer a refund which was promptly actioned.

Everything went as it should. Delivery on time with two very helpful delivery men. The cooker does what it should (so far). I Would recommend Donaghy Bros, I had a small query and they responded quickly to sort it.

Good price and quick delivery. Communications were a bit confusing though: I was told delivery was going to be delayed, then on the same day as that message, the goods arrived with only a couple of hours notice for me to get home. There was no tracking facility either.

We are advising all customers that deliveries outside of Northern Ireland MAY be delayed due to courier issues with HGV staff and fuel disruptions, however where possible we will try to ensure swift delivery within the stated timeframe. Ordering straightforward, vfm good , delivery disappointing and driver for Arrow missed 2 hour slot beingsan hour late.

Delivery times were unclear on website. Rang the Donaghy team who were very helpful with accurate advise. Product arrived on time. Pleased with my purchase from Donaghy.

Although ordering was straightforward there was a problem with the delivery being cancelled on Monday due to a problem at depot of hauliers.

Sub-contractor let down. Still awaiting delivery. Human error of delivery driver to blame so not Donaghy Bros fault directly, but failure caused upset to well planned works.

Good price, good website and good service. My only slight criticism is that I would have liked an email telling me that the item had been despatched instead of just a message from the carrier that it was to be delivered that day. As it happened I was to be at home all day anyway so mit was not a problem on this occasion. Other than that, very satisfied.

Having dealt with Donaghy Bros before, I trust them. On this occasion, I was disappointed that their Delivery Company did not alert me to their arrival even though they promised to do so when I rang them earlier. The driver was great though.
