“No problem with order or being delivered quickly but no email to say when it was coming and only lady delivering so needed help . We are 82 & 85 yrs old so not a lot of good . But neighbours 6ft 6 “ son came in very useful .The Lady driver was lovely but a larder fridge was a bit much for her alone .not unpacked it yet but packaging is very strong and looks undamaged.”

“No problems with ordering or delivery dates. However, it should have been a 2 man delivery as double oven and dishwasher came in an ordinary van, with no lift. They had to be carried into the garage. Luckily my Husband was at home and was able to help. There was not way 1 man could have unloaded the items on his own.”

“The Hotpoint semi integrated dishwasher HBC2B19B delivered on the 6th July does not work. I have spoken to the manufacturers and run through with their engineer and they have confirmed there is a fault with controls and will send an engineer to check it on a provisional date of the 20th August. This is not acceptable and i intend returning the machine to you. You are unavailable to contact until 14th July. R Gregory Lower Farm Castle rd Lavendon mk464jg”

“The overall experience was excellent. Efficient and effective. The product fits in my home perfectly. A very professional company. Qualified electrician wired the cooker in and it is working well. I was glad for the two delivery men to unpack the cooker. I unpacked the inside of it. I was disappointed that the two young men refused to unpack the cooker at first. I am a 72 year old granny and in need of their help. I am happy to say it is all up and running. Clare Shorter customer AL3 7LB”

“Item delivered safely but had to phone office to get delivery men to remove packaging to get it thru fairly standard door. Delivery Text suggested deliveries were 9-6 pm our slot was 6.30-8.30 am! No problem to us but may be to others. However overall delivery quite satisfactory.”

“Just opened my fridge after letting it sit in the box for a few days to find a couple of dents in the top. See photos attached. Very dissatisfied as it might affect the warranty. Please contact me to discuss a replacement.”

“The Company has been great - Great Comms, detailed info - but when it comes to the delivery company they are using - ArrowXL - it has been extremely disappointing. ArrowXL stated that delivery would take place on a Tuesday, they never showed up and when i called they simply stated they can offer Saturday for the next delivery with no explanation, rational or effort to explain why Tuesday was not taking place.”

“It started off so well. Ordered two upright Hotpoint freezers. Price was keen and the transaction smooth. Delivery southern Ireland. Quickly picked up for a 2-4 day delivery. Two weeks later they turn in. Product is good and I must admit the exchange with Donaghy (Sara) always responsive. Just let down by there delivery agent Caulfields otherwise it would have been 5 stars all round.”

“Was not able to place my order over phone but Online was straightforward enough. All ok, only hiccup was the delivery company who's link wouldn't work to set a delivery date. On contacting them they said their was an error and would call back. They didn't but after 48 hours i got a message with a delivery date. Was ok as i wasn't in a major rush to have it but if i was it was a long delivery process.”
