“They were fine. Communications were bad after sales and the courier company didn’t communicate at all. Donaghy whilst not responsible for this part of their service, need to make sure couriers don’t let them down by not communicating.”

“Initially the wrong model of Dyson vacuum was delivered (pull along instead of the upright). After emailing and calling them, the correct model was dispatched on that same day. Ultimately very pleased with the item. Good communication and problem resolution. Overall would recommend.”

“Price was good, customer contact was good and the dryer was delivered on time. Mr Bosch has refused our £100 cash back as yet but I cannot fault Donahue at all”

“Purchase process was good and follow up immediately afterwards, delivery was on timeline expected. Only gripe was that the uk delivery company didn’t let me know what day they’d be coming. Rang me with an hour’s notice and luckily I was free to take delivery.”

“Donaghy Bros excellent. Let down by Parcelforce (their delivery agency). My delivery was tracked as "out for delivery" on a Friday but was brought back to depot for no good reason. After email to the Managing Director of Parcelforce, my delivery was brought forward from the following Tuesday to Sunday - so all ended well.”

“Recent bought a Dyson Air Product. DB used ParcelForce for delivery who were frankly incompetent and unhelpful causing a substantial delay in delivery and failing to follow the instructions given. DB on the other hand were most helpful in persistently trying to sort this out. So a pat on the back to DB staff and a proverbial kick elsewhere to ParcelForce.”
