“They had the branded item we were looking for at the best price. The only downside was the slow dispatch and delivery as parcel force do not deliver on a Saturday. Overall we are very pleased.”

“The TV was delivered a day earlier than promised, but I was here. I was impressed by the personal attention when I ordered. It was the cheapest price online. The TV package was also covered in strong polythene (unusual for online). It was also secured upright on a large wooden pallet, so had been clearly handled carefully. The driver was helpful and polite, but I was told he had to leave the pallet, even though he removed the tv and helped me carry it into the house. This was fine but I wonder how customers in apartments cope with the pallet. Overall very satisfied x T”

“Smooth transaction throughout. If I was to be really picky, the delivery could have been faster. Though I did order on Monday and item arrived on Thursday, which isn’t that bad really! After placing the order online, I never got any emails confirming the order, hence why I dropped a star! (I’m being really mean, I know!) Would definitely order again and would highly recommend :)”

“Product and price were the best i could find available at the time. Delivery was early but could not track the parcel as the link didn't work and it was left outside for a while. Then the courier came back and took it to our neighbour who kindly brought it around to us. Very pleased with the shopping process, the delivery could be better.”
