“Great service (they upgraded me to the next model up for free!) and a great price. That said, the delivery took around 2 weeks as the delivery company only offered the same day, once a week for delivery which made it difficult with work.”

“The item I wanted wasn’t in stock, but an upgrade was offered at a very reasonable cost. The person I dealt with was always very helpful. My only criticism would be with the courier: I was given an hour’s notice of the delivery and it was by chance someone was able to sign for it.”

“After a rocky start, my Donaghy experience turned out well. The product had an advertised 3 week ‘lead in’ time. This turned into 3 days plus a short delivery of 3 days. Great! My tumble dryer is fine, even the wife likes it. I would buy from Donaghy Bros again with no qualms. We live in Dorset.”

“After a false start, my hob not being available, then the replacement not being delivered when I needed it, the hob did arrive and was fitted in good time, and the promised pan set was also delivered. If there was a failure, it was in communication but in the end I am very pleased with my hob and with the set of pans. So well done.....”

“Very helpful telephone service giving details about possible delivery dates. Would have liked more information about the English-based carrier so that we could have made direct contact with them. However, the fridge freezer did arrive on the expected day and the driver was very cooperative about getting the machine into the house.”
