“For the competitive price Donaghy Brps offer I consider the service is good . My Neff oven was delivered in two weeks and at 7.30'am . Packaging n driver was superb . The weakness of the service is email enquiry line took a week to reply which give me some anxiety how they would respond if there is a problem . Delivery date is less flexible . Delivery notice is 48 hours n alternative notice is the same . From Su ( UK )”

“I am very happy with the price of the Dyson Animal V8. I shopped around and this was the best price available by far. The delivery was quick and efficient. would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks”

“Good product, Excellent price, Friendly call handlers. Although I am slightly dissapointed that I did not receive an email with the tracking number and had to chase them myself. Would I use them again? Most definately. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RETAILER.”

“The process in ordering and confirmation receipt was very efficient . Unfortunately the product I ordered was going to be beyond the 5-7 days delivery schedule and therefore I had to cancel . Michaela Devlin was apologetic and was quick to cancel my order and arranged a refund with Therese McErlean confirming that this would be done. The company seems well organised .”

“The price for the product we ordered was excellent and the company seems friendly and approachable and - yes - I would order from them again on that basis BUT the delivery estimate of 2-3 days is misleading. It seems to take at least this long for the item to get to the distribution company for "UK mainland" delivery. In our case 4 days. then they have 7 days to deliver it resulting in a delivery time of over a week and around 10 days.”

“Good price for product purchased. Order arrived in 3 days. Would have been 5 star except that the packaging of the product had at some point (presumably in transit) taken a significant bashing. Fortunately the product within was undamaged.”

“The price of product was extremely competitive however although the website states you can track you delivery after I made the order all I got was an acknowledgment & no indication of how to track it. I rang your office & was told they would check out it out with parcel force & come back to . Never got back to me although it was delivered later that day. We might have been out!”

The tracking feature on our website is relatively new, we are experiencing a few glitches with it, but our website developers now have this rectified. “I'm voting 'Good' but could easily be 'Very Good' if communication (email, phone or website) had been a bit clearer and more pro-active regarding delivery instead of having to phone to ask for confirmation. No complaints at all regarding what we ordered or the price we paid for it. Very pleased overall. Thanks.”
