“Great & good price - but no info on progress of order. Left me feeling I might have been scammed. I emailed for reassurance but surely that shouldn’t be necessary in a well run business taking online orders.”

“Very happy with our freezer. Arrived on time and in good condition. Only issue was that the online website gave an error right after taking my order and I had to ring to make sure the order had gone through...if this was a one off then it's no problem but if it's happening to lots of people it would be a good one to fix!”

“Delivered a large fridge to me in Derby, UK in just 3 working days. Customer service team were quick, helpful and responsive in confirming stock and delivery timescales. Great job 👍”

“Good product at a good price, unfortunately I had to chase for an order acknowledgement and delivery was 10 days, the web site says products are despatched in 1 to 2 days (Under normal conditions) so this may be classed as acceptable. Thank you”

“Service was good and delivery was also good except that we were told that we would be advised of a 2 hour slot for delivery however we were advised which day but not the delivery slot. My Daughter got a call from the driver who said he was at the door but Daughter was 25 minutes away having taken the dogs for a walk. So we had to organise someone else to accept the delivery”

“Other than the experience from the delivery company, this was a great purchase 5*. Regarding the delivery this is what I sent to Donaghy Bros rep: This is very disappointing Name. Very disappointing. How do these people get paid doing a job like this? I cannot express how disappointed I am and this does reflect on the overall experience I have as your customer. Not sure what you can do to ensure you get the right people to deliver for you. Obviously their behaviour too represents the overall experience I have as your customer. Whether I recommend your business to other people depends on how the overall experience I am faced with. Not happy at all to be honest.”

“Pretty Good. I bought a freezer, which wasn't currently available in the UK. Price OK. Delivery wasn't a quick as, say Amazon, but then it was coming all the way from Ireland. The delivery man was very helpful and put it in situ, when he needn't have bothered.”

“First time user. Whole purchasing process top class and very efficient. Unfortunately I ordered a wrong item and had to return . Am waiting for the return by DPD to be acknowledged and then refund to be put through.”

“4 Stars for the service I received after purchase. However, they told me the courier would be in contact to arrange delivery. They never contacted me but just attempted a delivery and luckily I was at the property. Donaghy I recommend reconsidering your preferred courier. They also left the product on a wooden palate and drove away. With a lot more custom going online there is an expectation that customers can track a delivery so they can plan and make sure someone is at the property to accept the goods. Overall 4 stars would be 5 stars if you used a service similar top DPD.”

“Very pleased with Bloomberg Freezer which was competitively priced and included free delivery. The only reason I deducted a star was due to shortcomings of the delivery service. Despite good communications it was let down by couriers not even offering to remove from and dispose of the packaging. Luckily my wife and I are able bodied!”

“I was happy with my purchase, the product came reasonably fast , not very happy , when I had to cancel the attachement , I got the ice cream maker , still want the meat grinder, which I will get hopefully soon , apart from this overall good service thank you . Your sincerely Josy Steinbach”

“I was happy with my condenser dryer and the price. I was a little disappointed that it took over a week to be delivered and i was very disappointed that the courier refused to take away the old dryer which I thought was standard”
