“The purchase transaction went through quick and efficient ‘how ever we were going away when it arrived ‘on our return used the product ‘and was very disappointed as the vacuum when fully charged only lasted 6minutes on full power’this was not acceptable ‘so my husband rang your company and was told to ring dyson ‘’as we were not happy with product and it was brought from your company ‘I am sure it is up to you to offer refund .i am looking into this to find out ‘and I will be contacting you ‘I did not feel this was good customer service ,”

“Ordered my new Dyson vacuum cleaner on a Saturday after talking to an extremely helpful man following an online call-back request. I was kept up to date with my purchase via e-mail and it arrived early on the following Wednesday morning. Excellent product and outstanding customer service, I am very happy and would highly recommend this company.”

“I placed my order after close of business on Thursday 14th February 2019. I immediately received an order confirmation. The following day I received confirmation that my order had been despatched and would be delivered by Parcel force, and a tracking number was provided. On Monday 18th February my order was delivered. I was very pleased with the whole process and speedy delivery. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Donaghy Bros in the future.”
