“ordered an appliance but could not complete purchase as item was out of stock and wait was too long for new stock to come in. was disappointed as only found this information out after hearing nothing for a few days and then me contacting them,not good customer service!”

“I ordered a fridge freezer on 15th September and although my payment was acknowledged, there was no confirmation of my order or any notification of the date of delivery. I twice sent a message to Donaghy to which I received no reply.On 23rd September a delivery van appeared at my door, the driver telling me he had my fridge freezer!. 1 I should have been advised of date of dispatch,it was by chance I was at home. 2 The delivery company should have advised me of date of delivery. 3 Donaghy should have replied to my 2 messages. 4 There was a dent in the side of the fridge freezer.”

“This is first time I have purchased anything from this company but was very impressed. I purchased an upright freezer and the price was the lowest on the web and it arrived within a few days to my home on Scotland. The communication was great from start to finish.”

“Amazing service. I've called shop shortly before purchasing online to make sure the item is in stock. Staff was very polite and professional. “I ordered a Neff Hide & Slide Oven from Donaghy Bros and they offered me the updated model for the same price which I happily accepted. They delivered it to my home free of charge and when expected. Overall a great service and I would happily buy from them again.”

“The item we purchased was a large Samsung Freezer. We carried out our due diligence on other providers of similar models however, Donaghy brothers where the most cost effective. I was a little apprehensive at first due due to the distances involved, however, I experienced excellent communications with all of the staff when I rang regarding the logistics issue. ( esp Sara Cunningham by e-mail) They provided a first class service from start to finish considering the current climate and even ensured delivery was within a few days from Nth'n Ireland to Central London. They ensured that the driver rang us to let us know of the expected delivery before hand as we where at work. The driver was polite, courteous and helpful even as it was a curb side drop off only. I ensured we had a suitable trolley to move the freezer (our responsibility) The freezer was on a small pallet, secured and in excellent condition once we unwrapped it. Much appreciated.”

“The Samsung freezer ordered was delivered on time and i was kept fully informed of the time and date of delivery. I was also forewarned that there would be a curb side drop off and had a helper with me to move the heavy item. In the event, the sole delivery agent - the van driver - kindly did much of the lifting and stayed until the freezer was in place. The packing materials were not taken away and filled my black bin; not really a problem though. I just hope the freezer is as good as the Which? report I based my choice on suggests it will be.”

“I purchased a range cooker and integrated washing machine and the washing machine came like something that fell off a lorry So badly damaged,I was offered a refund but I asked could ye send me an alternative because I was in a hurry for one ,where I was told you didn’t have any which is very strange for such a big company so not very helpful, also Still waiting on the refund”
