“I was a little nervous about using a company based in Northern Ireland but the price for my Dyson V8 was very good so gave them a chance. They communicated by email very well and my product was delivered within the time frame agreed at point of sale. My Dyson in going well and I am happy with the product.”

“My on line request for a returm telephone call back was satisfied within 30 seconds. Malcolm in sales was excellent organising my order for a cooker to be delivered to us in Wales. That was on the Friday and the cooker was to be shipped first thing the following Monday. When at 9am on the Monday when I called to change my order having realised I had ordered the wrong model he quickly made the change, contacted the despatch department to make an immediated correction and sorted out the change in invoive all within a few minutes. The cooker arrived safely on the following Friday as promised. So good to have proper first class service. A rare thing nowadays. Will be using Donaghy Bros again.”

“Delighted with my Series 9 Heat Pump Tumble Dryer. The service was excellent (communication, staff and delivery) and the price was very competitive. It was my first time buying an appliance from Donaghy Bros. I am from Dublin and I would have no hesitation buying from them online again.”
