“I ordered a stove and was well informed of delivery schedule. Unfortunately on the day of delivery I received a call saying the courier would not deliver due to damaged goods. I was immediately offered a full refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement and am awaiting delivery.”

“Excellent Service. Discussed product availability via email as shop is some distance away, was informed delivery van would be in my area 2 days later, got order placed and delivery made as promised. Many other retailers were quoting weeks for supply and delivery.”

“Bought an American style fridge freezer from here, price was great and free delivery! Sara was very helpful with any questions i had and fantastic to deal with. Courier was also lovely and helped with getting the fridge into the house. Would highly recommend ordering from here ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“This is the 3rd time I have used Donaghy Bros and have found their customer service genuinely astonishingly good. I once phoned about my cordless vacuum cleaner and the man who answered the phone (v promptly) talked me through trouble shooting and additional advice saving me a call to the manufacturer. This time I made a purchase which needed a complicated delivery (not same address as billing) and on a certain date. Again I was able to speak to a helpful person quickly who assured me all would be well and indeed it was. This is old fashioned service which is vanishingly rare. They also have the lowest prices when I compare. Totally amazing!”

“5 star service. Rory could not have been more helpful and patient, I bought a rangemaster cooker and his advice was really good without pressure to buy. The cooker arrived to sourthern Ireland within a week, couldnt ask for more thank you”
