“The product (tall free standing fridge) was delivered swiftly and safely to my home address & the Company kept me fully informed as to what was happening and when. A good product which has now been installed. I also thank the staff in Northern Ireland who kept me ínformed as to what was going on and also answered a few quest ions that I had. Good throughout the process.”

“Customer service and delivery were just excellent. The item however had a minor problem that came to light a few weeks later. DB - informed the service engineer who gave a date almost 3 weeks later. Problem was minor and easily resolved but the wait was too long as we were apprehensive about using the appliance.”
