“I got a quick response to my initial enquiry online. The order process was quick and easy. I received an acknowledgment straight away closely followed by an email from parcelforce to say my purchase was on its way. My purchase arrived quickly and in good order. Service couldn’t be faulted!”

“Dyson animal hand held vacuum arrived when expected. Tracked delivery. I used the button on the website to request a call back, as I wanted further information on the product. Call back was instant and member of staff I spoke to was very knowledgeable. A very good customer experience”

“Brilliant service from Donaghy brothers. I ordered a Dyson cleaner from them because of the price being much lower than here on the mainland. Initially I was apprehensive on how long delivery would be. Incidentally I ordered a part direct from Dyson on the same day. In 48 hours my cleaner has arrived from NI, I’m still waiting for the part from Dyson. In fact I still don’t even have their tracking number yet. Couldn’t be more pleased at the service from Donaghy. Thank you”

“Never heard of these guys before but saw them on Which website so thought must be legit. Brought a Bosch Washer Drier. Did a thorough market research and there price was so much better than the competitors. Phoned them to check them out and how they worked, phoned competitors to see if they would price match and last guy said No, if you can get it at that price take it. So went with it. Service was exactly as they said product delivered within 5 days. I used the money saved to extend warranty and even with this included it was still cheaper than the next best quote. 100% recommend!”
