“Amazing service, wine cooler was delivered damaged but think this may have been a fault of courier and not Donaghys, unfortunately at the time there were no more in stock and I was offered a refund. A week later I saw they had been restocked and when I contacted them to see if I could cancel refund a request new cooler it was no bother to them, Lauren and Heather both of whom I dealt with were most helpful and cooler arrived 2 days later. Would absolutely deal with Donaghy Brothers again.”

“Trouble-free. Had what I was looking for. Prompt arrival. However the delivery people gave very short notice & did not leave the parcel in the suggested places if no-one was available to sign for it, & it was a bit inconvenient having to collect from a local shop.”

“Bought a fridge freezer, 2 days later they message me to say it isn't in stock so I get a refund which takes another 3 days. While I'm waiting for the refund I get an email to say they have got the showroom fridge available and tried to say they offered that to me before but I never got that email and by then my money was in 'limbo' so overall not a good experience but I did get my money back”
