“We found the website online and our order was processed over the phone as we had a few questions first. We were treated very courteously and rapidly by a very informative young man who knew all about the product we required ie a Dual Fuel Range cooker . The purchase went through and we required that it was held back for a few weeks to a month, which was no problem to the company . I would highly recommend Donaghy Bros. for our future purchases ,and for anyone else who requires a straight forward , no hassle , purchase . We requested for this delivery to be held back for a month as we were having our kitchen replaced and this was done with no fuss and constantly contacted ,that if our requirements changed then it would be delivered asap . Great service , fantastic customer care and we will certainly recommend them for both ours and our friends future household requirements.”

“4 Stars for the service I received after purchase. However, they told me the courier would be in contact to arrange delivery. They never contacted me but just attempted a delivery and luckily I was at the property. Donaghy I recommend reconsidering your preferred courier. They also left the product on a wooden palate and drove away. With a lot more custom going online there is an expectation that customers can track a delivery so they can plan and make sure someone is at the property to accept the goods. Overall 4 stars would be 5 stars if you used a service similar top DPD.”

“Having been let down by another supplier, Donaghy Bros were able to supply me with a new cooker really quickly and easily. Very pleased with the service. My only negative comment would be that I was told I would get 1.5 - 2 hours notice of delivery but in the event I was the first delivery of the day and only got 20 minutes notice which wasn't ideal with a big item like this where I needed help to move it inside the house. Otherwise, excellent communications and I got what I needed in just a week.”

“A great experience shopping with Donaghy Bros. Wanted a specific Neff oven. They were the only people who had it in stock. Was a bit worried as they were in Ireland and I am mainland UK. No problem. Arrived within a few days and notified all the time of when my oven would arrive. Just brilliant. Also so helpful on the phone. A great experience.”

We were told our Range (ordered from elsewhere) was going to be delayed by ANOTHER two months due to Covid-19 backlog and when we rang you guys you had two just delivered which speaks volumes about your relationship with suppliers. It was delivered to us in 5 days. We can't thank you enough - we were able to get everything else installed and finished thanks to you.”

“As a first time customer of Donaghy Bros. I am delighted with the speed and quality of their service. I purchased a Miele Tumbler Dryer which was very competitively priced, processed the same day and delivered to my home address in the UK within the delivery window specified. I am very happy with the quality of the product, but more importantly I felt like I was on the receiving end of top notch service. I would highly recommend Donaghy Bros. Excellent!!!!!”
