“Our order was dispatched very quickly and it arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. If you have the possibility to use a different courier and not DPD please do! They are unreliable and don't always inform you about when your package will be delivered which is very annoying if you're waiting on a package that is a present for someone!”

“Actually spoke to a human and received an excellent service. Ordered my iron on the Thursday. Friday was a bank holiday and the iron was delivered on the Sunday. The actual iron l ordered was not available so they offered me a free upgrade . Also posting was free and cheaper than Amazon.”
