“I purchased a freezer from their website. The service was fantastic. I had automated email confirmation. I received a personal email from the office as soon as it opened after the wkend. They emailed over expected delivery dates. And provided courier contact numbers once it arrived in England. The courier company were fantastic too. I received a phone call to arrange a suitable day for delivery. The delivery arrived on time and I received a phone call from the driver to let me know the expected arrival time. I would highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again. Thank you.”

“Ordered Dyson V7 Because it was in stock, it the took a enquiry email after 1 week to be told delivery would be 2-3 working days which turned out to be a week. £10 cheaper than orders but poor delivery even during Covid-19, not good when you need to clean the carpets.”

“Friendly and helpful. Kept me well informed throughout. No trouble to deliver to London. Best price including delivery of any of the big online suppliers for the Samsung fridge freezer I ordered. And I haven’t been pestered afterwards to take out insurance. (If you’ve used some of the other online appliance suppliers, you’ll know what I mean.) Thoroughly recommend them.”

“Not sure why I’m being asked for a review because I had to cancel my order. I ordered a Sony home theatre amp. It was my first purchase from Donaghy’s. Their website said they had the item in stock and as they’re a local shop I thought I’d give them a go. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks there was no sign of the amp being delivered. I called and the member of staff explained that they were having issues sourcing the amp. He explained he’d been on with the Sony rep that very morning about my amp! Unfortunately he explained that the amp was not available anywhere and I’d have to wait at least 4 weeks to get one. I asked why their website said it was in stock and was told that they only had one and someone else bought it at exactly the same time as me! Fortunately there is another electrical business in Ballymoney who was able to supply the ‘unobtainable’ amp the very next day. To give Donaghy’s some credit, they did arrange my refund very quickly.”

“Having read older reviews i.e. a few years ago I was a little concerned, but I have to say I could not fault their service. The only down side would be, I e-mailed them over a weekend (twice) and they responded on the following Monday, but apart from that everything went well”
