“Unfortunately we made an error in ordering two fridges and open the packaging. As soon as I realised the issue I put the fridge aside and covered with open packaging. You would not allow us to return it and we have resorted to selling it secondhand. We bought another freezer from Power City and their delivery driver opened the freezer in front of us to check we were happy And took away packaging. A far better customer experience.”

“Went to donaghys in kilrea was greated by lovely young man called rory. He was very well mannered and approachable. Wasn't to sure what i was buying. He went into great detail about the products. Made my feel very welcome. I definitely will be going back to update my appliances here.”
