“Great selection and great prices. And James will not let you go without offering you more deals. And they price match. And I was offered a free upgrade on high-end appliances. But, don't be in a rush. Give yourself 2 weeks for delivery of items. I ordered my items on 31 October and they arrived 11 November.”

“Excellent service. We were in the process of moving and I spoke to customer services to request a specific date for delivery and it arrived as requested. Only issue was that the delivery man was on his own and struggled to get it off the van which didn’t have a tail lift.”

“Purchased a Dyson which was cheaper than anywhere else. The one I actually received was £25 cheaper in the Black Friday sale (although £100 more normally). I spoke to a chap who, within 3 minutes, sorted the problem and refunded the difference. I couldn't have asked for more and have ended up with a better product. Win win situation. I will definitely be back.”
