“Excellent from start to finish - brilliant customer service by e mail and by phone. On time delivery only let down a little by delivery van very scruffy and manhandling of larder fridge into property. Product though was perfect once unwrapped Would definitely use again.”

“We struggled to find a supplier of a freezer we wanted but, through a web search, found it in stock at Donaghy Bros. Given they are located in Northern Ireland and we live in the north of Scotland, we were surprised that they offered delivery to us. They were extremely helpful and friendly and the freezer was delivered in less than a week from placing the order. Highly recommend Donaghy Bros.”

“Purchasing easy and happy with price of product. The delivery service that they use was hopeless however. Worst ever. Had to call, text and email customer service at both DB and delivery co multiple times. It took them 3 days!”

“I knew what I wanted - a Siemens 1600 spin speed washing machine - all the retailers (Ireland & UK) said it couldn't be had and were trying to sell me 1400s. They couldn't tell me what moisture was left after the spin when I asked so I kept looking. Then I came across your website. I found the machine I thought I wanted and all the technical information to confirm it was the right one. I was able to buy the machine on a sunday online but was still expecting a call to say it wasn't available. I phoned the office and got excellent service, likewise from the transport company. I couldn't fault the experience - excellent website with great detail, excellent customer service - I spoke to 2 lovely ladies who were very helpful, and speedy ontime delivery. And it washes and spins the clothes as well as expected! Thank you Donaghy Bros - you deserve 10 stars.”

“Very pleased with my purchase. I bought a Miele Classic C1 Junior PowerLine Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner. The vacuum cleaner itself is a great buy, great suction, good for pet hairs and light weight. Donaghy Bros were the best deal I could find on this model. Very prompt delivery. It's the first time I've used Donaghy Bros. Very happy with the service l received from them”
