“Exceptional, friendly and efficient! Professional staff who deliver a service second to none. Found them to be swift in their response; always reliable, respectful, patient, cheerful and so efficient and knowledgeable about the products. Keen to please and go the extra mile to assist. Really can't add anything more about their glowing performance except to say I am very pleased with the Donaghy service and all their staff.”

“Purchased a washing machine from Donaghy Bros, delivered on the day agreed ,received a phone call 1/2 hour before to confirm time, after i installing the washer there was a fault in that it wouldnt start the programme, at 4.00pm i phoned Seamus and Lauren who talked me through a check procedure to trace the fault . 9.45 the next morning i got a phone call from Lauren to say they would up lift the faulty washer and replace it with a new one this was done by 1.00pm that day . within 6 working hours of my first phone call the issue was resolved ,this is what i call top class customer service To Seamus and Lauren thank you very very much top class service, if anyone is looking to purchase household appliances give Donaghy Bros of Kilrea a shout you wont be disappointed Trevor Matthews”

“Really good customer service. I had a problem with a change of delivery address after the order was placed and Donaghy Bros were very patient and sorted the issue. I would recommend using this company and would gladly buy from again.”

“Excellent service and very good price. I urgently needed a replacement integrated fridge to replace one which packed in after 20 years. I ordered on line on Thursday am and it was delivered Friday. Thank you Donaghy Bros.”

“Needed a new built in fridge. Was having difficulty sourcing one. Phoned Donaghy Bros. Spoke to John. Two days later, two young men arrived with replacement fridge. Old one removed and new one installed with no fuss in about an hour. Great service. Thank you.”

“Great service, had the dyson we wanted cheaper than John Lewis, currys, argos etc - Ordered late night Monday and was delivered to Leeds Thurs afternoon. All round a great service and would not hesitate to use again.”

“I called up about a measurement query that I couldn't find on the net and I got put through to a employee called Malcolm. He went the extra mile for me and went and found the appliance and hand measured it for me and gave me everything I needed. Great friendly customer service from him. I came away very happy and would definitely purchase from them. Top marks. If only every companys customer service was like this. You definitely won this customer. Great job Malcolm and Thanks”

“I wanted to order a wedding present but it said 7-10 days for delivery. I rang Donaghy Bros and they were very helpful and said it would arrive in 5-7 days. It came in 5 days. I would highly recommend this company.”
